FAQ

Can I bring an outside prescription and order glasses at your office?

Yes! As long as you have a valid prescription, one of our opticians will help you pick out a pair of glasses that best suits your needs.

What should I bring to my appointment?

If this is your first visit, you can save some time by filling out our New Patient Form. It can be downloaded           . You may also bring any existing records from a previous doctor and your insurance card.

Will you have to dilate my eyes?

Yes. We dilate at every comprehensive eye exam unless prior arrangements have been made.

 

Do you accept walk in appointments?

Walk in patients are usually accepted whenever possible, however appointments are recommended.
